Begin
It starts with a conversation.
There’s no hurry in it. We look at what’s been stuck, whether this work is right for you, and which way of working together makes sense in your actual life. There is no decision to make on the call.

What to expect
A plain first conversation.
No obligation
There’s no obligation at the end of the conversation. It’s a chance to see whether this work fits before anything else is decided.
What to bring
One sentence on the thing you’d most like to change. That’s enough to begin.
What happens next
I reply personally, usually within a couple of days, and we find a time to talk. If the work fits, we agree a way of working. If it doesn’t, I’ll say so.
Write to me
One sentence is enough.
Send the thing you’d most like to change, and a word on where you are in the world so we can find a time.

Questions people ask first
Before we talk.
Is this therapy?
No. I describe the work as education and adult development. It isn’t medical or psychological treatment, and it isn’t a substitute for either.
What if it doesn’t work?
Programmes carry a full money-back guarantee. For private coaching: I don’t charge people if they don’t get the results they’re looking for.
How soon does something shift?
My clients often notice major shifts in the first few sessions. What they describe afterwards is a struggle carried for years gone in weeks, without the fight they expected.
Do I need to understand the method?
No. You don’t need to understand the pattern, explain it, or even talk about it for it to move. Once it’s seen, it can move.
Where do we meet?
Live over Zoom, wherever you are. I’m based in Dubai and work with people in the United States, the United Kingdom and elsewhere, so there is usually a time that works.
How long is an engagement?
Private coaching runs six, nine or twelve months, with weekly sessions of 75–90 minutes. A single session is 90 minutes or two hours. Programmes run over weeks or months with a group of around twelve.
In their words
