Single sessions — Developmental Mastery
Single sessions

One stuck thing, worked on live.

A single session of 90 minutes or two hours with me, on one specific thing. A way to start small, and a feel for how I work ahead of any longer commitment.

What a session is for

One thing, taken as far as it will go.

A single session suits one specific thing: the launch that keeps slipping, the decision put off for years, the argument that keeps repeating. We work on it live, rather than explaining it.

The one thing to bring is a sentence on what you would most like to change.

I was surprised because I felt significant shifts in my body, and the intensity of my emotions decreased within seconds. Dr Ana Drobez, MD

Two lengths

Choose the time that suits.

A focused session on one thing.

USD 250

Enough time to take one pattern a long way.

Book a 90-minute session
2 hours

The same, with more time.

USD 300

For a thing with more than one strand to it, or a first look at how we might work together.

Book a 2-hour session

To book, write with the length you’d like and the thing you want to work on. I reply with times and a payment link, usually within a couple of days.

What often happens next

A session can stand on its own.

Where more is wanted, the next step is often private coaching, weekly over six, nine or twelve months, or a programme, where a group of around twelve works together live on Zoom.

Begin

Not sure a single session is the right start?

A conversation can come first. We look at what’s been stuck, and which way of working together fits.

You’ll get a personal reply, usually within a couple of days.
