How your information is handled.
A plain-English account of what Developmental Mastery collects through this site, why, and where it is kept.
What is collected
We collect what you give us when you book or get in touch: your contact details, your booking details and the emails you send. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this site. Google Fonts may also log your IP address when this site loads.
How it is used
We use your information to reply to you, arrange and deliver sessions and programmes, take payment, and keep a record of bookings and correspondence. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used to send it to you.
Where it is stored
- GoHighLevel is our customer-relationship system. It holds contact details, bookings and email correspondence.
- Calendly runs the booking calendar and holds the details you give when you book a conversation.
- Stripe takes payments and handles card details.
- Substack runs the newsletter and has its own privacy terms.
- YouTube plays the talks on this site. The player loads when you press play, not before, and YouTube’s own privacy terms then apply.
- Google Fonts supplies this site’s typefaces and may log your IP address when they load.
How long it is kept
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the work and for our records. To ask how long something is kept, email [email protected].
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies of its own. Embedded tools, such as the booking calendar and the YouTube player, may set their own.
